All of your services on the matchday!

Considering the COVID 19 sanitary crisis’ deterioration, the Government has decided on Wednesday September 23rd to reduce the stadiums’ capacity to a maximum of 1,000 people. Paris Saint-Germain is unfortunately suspending its priority sales as long as this 1,000 people limitation will remain active, and as you probably guessed, all the information below on this page can only be considered if we welcome our public at the stadium.

We can not wait to re-open the doors of your stadium to quiver together again!

Fans need to do a little pre-match warm-up too. So here’s some practical advice to make sure you don’t miss the kick-off.
  • 24 hrs before
    Confirmation of the kick-off time.
  • 1 hr 45 mins before
    Team bus arrives.
  • 1 hr 30 mins before
Doors open at the Parc des Princes.
  • 10 minutes before
    Presentation of the players.

You can change the name on the ticket up to two hours before kick-off, at which point it will not be possible to make any changes.

  • What is the difference between an E-ticket and an M-ticket?

There are two formats of tickets accepted at the Parc des Princes entrances: e-tickets and m-tickets.

    • E-tickets are printable tickets, presented on paper at the stadium entrances.
    • M-tickets are designed for smartphones and enable you to scan your own ticket at the stadium entrances, using your phone. After you have received your confirmation email on your smartphone, open the attached file and add it to the appropriate app: Passbook (iPhone) or PassWallet (Android). This is the only way to ensure your m-ticket can be read by the scanner.

For more information, visit the official Paris Saint-Germain ticketing website.

  • Do I have to print my E-tickets?

You do not have to print out your E-tickets. If you prefer, you can present them as M-tickets on your smartphone. To do this, select the "SEND M-TICKET" option in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account.

If you choose the smartphone option, please maximise your screen’s brightness setting when presenting your ticket at the stadium entrance and ensure your screen is in good condition.

Good to know : you may be asked to show proof of ID when entering the stadium.

  • When are the dates and times of the matches confirmed?

The dates and times of the matches may be changed by the LFP (Professional Football League) up until 10 days before the match, so you need to be patient!

You can see our calendar of fixtures at any time by clicking here.

  • Is there a left luggage office in the Parc des Princes?

You can leave any helmets, bags and umbrellas in the left luggage offices at the stadium entrances.

For more information, ask the Stadium Coaches on duty at the Parc des Princes entrances.

  • Can I drive freely around the Parc des Princes on match days?

The Parc des Princes is split into sectors to ensure that traffic can circulate freely at the stadium gates. Please check the various points of access to the stand you have tickets for to save yourself time when you arrive.
