As we are not able to welcome our entire public to the Parc des Princes, no season ticket holders will be able to use and activate his season ticket for the 2020/21 season for the moment. Be reassured, however, if you have a season ticket, it is well confirmed and registered, and you will be able to take full advantage of it as soon as we are able to find a Parc des Princes filled with its supporters.
Of course, the club will not charge any fees for all its Club Premier, Tribune and Le Virage season ticket holders as long as the subscriptions are not activated.

As you will have understood, the reduction in the capacity of all the stadiums will impact all the clubs of Ligue 1 Uber Eats. The constraints that are ours are therefore also theirs. Thus, no movement of supporters is planned until November 14th, 2020.
After this date, it is very likely that the availability of tickets for away matches will be extremely low or even non-existent due to the health context.

If you want to buy tickets for a Paris Saint-Germain match at the Parc des Princes, you have various options:
1. Visit the club’s official ticketing website to browse the offers available
2. Search for unwanted tickets on Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets
At a loose end? On the day of a match, up to 2 hours before kick-off, head to Gate A at the Parc des Princes or the Espace Service in Jean Bouin Stadium. Depending on availability, you might be able to get your hands on tickets for the day’s match!
Only 3 purchasing platforms are approved by Paris Saint-Germain:
1. The club’s official ticketing website
2. Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets
3. The Viagogo website, which also sells tickets for the club’s matches Visit Paris
Good to know: Do not buy tickets from any platform other than those approved by the club. If you do not purchase your tickets through the official channels, you may be refused access to the stadium.
For matches in the Parc des Princes, you can purchase up to 4 tickets per match for the Tribune Paris or Tribune Borelli, and up to 2 tickets per match for the Virage Boulogne or Virage Auteuil. Because of the strong demand, it sometimes will only be possible to purchase 2 tickets for certain games during the season, especially our top games.
In the Junior Club stand, the number of tickets is limited to 6 per person (2 adults and 4 children under 14).
Good to know: These conditions may vary according to the fixture and availability.
If there are no tickets left for the match you wish to attend, all is not lost! You can still try your luck on Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets. All prices are set by the sellers.

All you have to do is:
1. Go to the Ticketplace website
2. Select a match
3. If you wish, you can change the filters to reflect the number and the category of ticket you are looking for
4. Browse the tickets available (to the right of the screen) and see where they are positioned in the Parc des Princes on the stadium map (to the left of the screen).
Good to know : ticket prices are set by the sellers.
To get adjacent seats on Ticketplace, use the “Number of tickets” filter to select up to 5 adjacent seats. If you purchase several sets of tickets for a corner stand, make sure you select the same entrance so that you and your friends are not split up!
If you are unable to attend a Paris Saint-Germain match, you can sell your tickets on Ticketplace, with no set resale price.
To do this, simply:
1. Sign into your account on the official Paris Saint-Germain ticketing website
2. Go to the MY TICKETS section
3. Choose the match and tickets concerned and click SELL
4. Post your tickets on Ticketplace via the standard sales system or select one of the additional options to boost your chances of selling your tickets quickly.
Good to know: as a season ticket-holder, you can only re-sell a limited number of your tickets, depending on your contract. Please see your account for more details.
Yes, if you are a season ticket holder, you can sell your ticket along with your season ticket group’s and/or friends’ tickets in the same bundle, if your seats are adjacent.
To do this, simply:
Sign into your account
1. Go to the MY TICKETS section
2. Select the match for which you want to sell your tickets and your friends’ tickets
3. Enter your friends’ details and their security ID
4. Submit your tickets for resale!
Once your purchase has been finalised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary. Your tickets will then be available when you sign into your account on the Paris Saint-Germain ticketing website.
Your E-tickets will be available to download 21 days before the match, in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account. You can then assign the tickets to the final ticket-holders and download/send them as E-tickets.
There are two formats of tickets accepted at the Parc des Princes entrances: E-tickets and M-tickets.

E-tickets are available to download 21 days before the match, in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account. You can then assign the tickets to the final ticket-holders and download/send them as E-tickets.
You do not have to print out your E-tickets. If you prefer, you can present them as M-tickets on your smartphone. To do this, select the "SEND M-TICKET" option in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account.
If you choose the smartphone option, please maximise your screen’s brightness setting when presenting your ticket at the stadium entrance and ensure your screen is in good condition.
Good to know: You may be asked to show proof of ID when entering the stadium.

The dates and times of the matches may be changed by the LFP (Professional Football League) up until 10 days before the match, so you need to be patient!

The Parc des Princes gates open to the public 90 minutes before kick-off. We recommend getting to the stadium as early as possible. Do not forget your ticket – either printed out or downloaded onto your smartphone – and your proof of ID.

The Parc des Princes is much more than just a sports stadium! There are plenty of refreshment areas within the venue and at the entrances to the various stands.
There are also several food trucks set up outside the stadium.

You can leave any helmets, bags and umbrellas in the left luggage offices at the stadium entrances.

The Junior Club is reserved for the club’s young supporters, aged between 7 and 14. It is a special family stand where a number of activities are organised for children on match days (face painting, appearances by our mascot Germain le Lynx, mini football, and much more).
Paris Saint-Germain also offer a special membership plan for children: the Junior Club +. This plan provides a number of advantages, such as reserved seats in the Junior Club stand, discounts in the online store and the chance to become an Escort Kid.

The Junior Club stand is for children under 14 accompanied by their parents. In this stand, the children benefit from discounted tickets. You can order up to 6 tickets per match (2 adults and 4 children maximum), and at least one must be a child’s ticket. However, these tickets cannot be put up for resale on Ticketplace.
Good to know: Paris Saint-Germain advises against bringing infants to the Parc des Princes.

Yes, you have priority for buying additional tickets on the club’s official ticketing website. You will receive a notification email, sent to the address linked to your season ticket account, as soon as the priority ticket windows open.
If you are a Virage or Tribune package season ticket-holder, you can lend your season ticket as many as ten times a season. If you are a Club Premier package season ticket-holder, you can lend your season ticket as many times as you like during the season. What do I need to do? • Go to the ticketing site. • Click on the MY TICKETS section. • Select the match in question and click on LEND. • Enter the family name, first name and email of the designated ticket-holder. • When the form is approved, an electronic ticket will be issued and emailed to the designated ticket-holder. Good to know : Once the transfer has been confirmed, your season ticket will be deactivated for the match in question. You cannot cancel or reverse the loan and you cannot further change the designated ticket holder name. You will find further information at the appropriate page.
It couldn’t be easier to give your ticket away to a charity for a game:

If you are a Virage package holder, you can put tickets up for resale up to five times a season.
If you are a Tribune or Club Premier package holder, you can put your tickets up for resale as many times as you like during the season.

You have four options if you cannot find your season ticket. In all cases, it will cost you €30 to receive a duplicate of your card.
1. Request a duplicate of your card in your account, in the MY SEASON TICKET section
2. Request a duplicate of your card at the Ticket Office in Jean Bouin Stadium on a matchday. Situated next to the Megastore, it is open until half-time. Do not forget to bring your ID card.
3. You can also request a duplicate from your account on the ticketing website.
4. Email us at abonnement@psg.fr or call us on our dedicated season ticket-holder hotline: 09 70 55 75 75.
Good to know: If your card has been stolen, you can have a replacement issued free of charge upon presentation of a police theft report.
If you sit in the Tribune Boulogne, you can create your own group of season ticket-holders and sit with them all on matchdays. You can also use your group to sell all your tickets together to other groups of fans.

Want to cancel your season ticket subscription? At the end of every season there is a one-month period during which you can cancel your subscription. We will send you an email notifying you when the cancellation period begins.
Good to know: Once the one-month cancellation period is closed, you cannot cancel your season ticket for the following season.
Season tickets can only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances during the season and upon presentation of proof (death certificate, moving outside the Île de France region, etc).
You can only change your seat and/or season ticket package at the end of the season and subject to availability at the time. Keep your eye out for packages when they become available.
It is absolutely normal ! As we told our season ticket holders, we are going to dematerialize all season ticket cards from this season. The app “Mon Abo” is absolutely essential for your venue to the Parc! Download the app on Android or iOS, and before each meeting, scan your season ticket QR code at the stadium’s gates to access your seat.

Good to know: you cannot book more than one ticket at a time for away games.
Don’t worry. When you book tickets for an away match, you will receive a confirmation email within eight days.
Good to know: tickets for away matches cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded. You cannot change the name of the designated ticket-holder.
A few days before the match you will receive an email with all the useful information you will need (access to the stadium, available parking, security regulations, etc).
Good to know: the date on which you receive this information does not depend on Paris Saint-Germain but on the date on which we receive it from the other club.
Unfortunately, in most cases your coupon does not give you right of admission. It must be exchanged at a collection point that will be indicated in the email you receive before your trip.
Good to know: your ticket will be issued to you upon presentation of the coupon and your ID card.

You can book a tour of the Parc des Princes on your own or with family, friends and workmates. Go to the dedicated page for details on how to book.
The Paris Saint-Germain Megastore is open on match days only for customers with tickets to the Tribune Borelli. If you have a ticket for another stand, there’s another official store for you to visit at Gate A. There will also be kiosks open throughout the Parc des Princes, at Gates A, B/C, E/F, G, H, K, O and P.
Good to know: All the stores shut one hour after the final whistle.
If you’ve bought a ticket for a match and it’s rescheduled, you will receive an email notifying you of this almost immediately. Don’t worry, though: your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled match.
Can’t make the rescheduled match? Go to Ticketplace and put it up for resale. You won’t have a problem selling it.
Free Wi-Fi is available for every fan at the Parc des Princes. You don’t need a password to log on; just select the _PSG-WIFI_ network.
You can use it to access all the services on the Official PSG app (Replay, Live Match, Chat Support, etc).
If you want to avoid queuing, we advise you to give yourself plenty of time and arrive at the Parc des Princes 90 minutes before kick-off. Check the dedicated page or use the WAZE app (updated regularly on match days) to find out how to get to the stadium as quickly as possible.
Finally, to save time at the stadium entrances, please have your ticket and ID card ready.
Unfortunately, there are no public car parks at the Parc des Princes. You can try to find parking in the vicinity of the stadium, but we advise you to park close to a metro station instead and complete your journey on public transport.
The Parc des Princes is split into sectors to ensure that traffic can circulate freely at the stadium gates. Please check the various points of access to the stand you have tickets for to save yourself time when you arrive.
