1- Official Paris Saint-Germain tickets

  • How do I buy tickets for matches at the Parc des Princes?

    If you want to buy tickets for a Paris Saint-Germain match at the Parc des Princes, you have various options:

    1. Visit the club’s official ticketing website to browse the offers available

    2. Search for unwanted tickets on Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets

     

    At a loose end? On the day of a match, up to 2 hours before kick-off, head to Gate A at the Parc des Princes or the Espace Service in Jean Bouin Stadium. Depending on availability, you might be able to get your hands on tickets for the day’s match!

     

    • If kick-off is at 5pm, our staff will be on duty from 10am.  
    • If kick-off is at 9pm, our staff will be on duty from 2pm.  
  • What are the official channels for buying tickets for a match at the Parc des Princes?

    Only 3 purchasing platforms are approved by Paris Saint-Germain:

    1. The club’s official ticketing website

    2. Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets

    3. The Viagogo website, which also sells tickets for the club’s matches Visit Paris

     

    Good to know : Do not buy tickets from any platform other than those approved by the club. If you do not purchase your tickets through the official channels, you may be refused access to the stadium.

  • Can I buy several tickets for a match at the Parc des Princes?

    For matches in the Parc des Princes, you can purchase up to 4 tickets per match for the Tribune Paris or Tribune Borelli, and up to 2 tickets per match for the Virage Boulogne or Virage Auteuil. Because of the strong demand, it sometimes will only be possible to purchase 2 tickets for certain games during the season, especially our top games.

    In the Junior Club stand, the number of tickets is limited to 6 per person (2 adults and 4 children under 14).

    Good to know : These conditions may vary according to the fixture and availability.

  • The match I want to attend is sold out. Where can I get tickets?

    If there are no tickets left for the match you wish to attend, all is not lost! You can still try your luck on Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets. All prices are set by the sellers.

     

    For the club’s most popular matches, Ticketplace is your best bet for getting your hands on tickets!

     

    Good to know : On this platform, the tickets are on sale until just a few minutes before kick-off.

  • I cannot find adjacent seats for the match I wish to attend. What can I do?

    Sometimes there is no adjacent seating left in certain stands. We recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as ticket sales open to increase your chances of getting your hands on adjacent seats in your chosen stand.

    In the meantime, you can try your luck on Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets.

  • How can I take advantage of the priority purchase window for Paris Saint-Germain tickets?

    Some of our supporters – such as season ticket-holders or MyParis members – benefit from priority ticket purchase.

2- Ticketplace, the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets

  • What is Ticketplace?

    Ticketplace is the official resale platform for Paris Saint-Germain tickets. It allows you to buy or sell tickets for all of the club’s home matches. The tickets are electronic and 100% secure, meaning there is no risk of you being refused entry to the Parc because your ticket is not valid!

     

    At a loose end? You can purchase tickets on Ticketplace right up until the match kicks off!

  • I’d like to buy tickets on Ticketplace. What do I need to do?

    On Ticketplace, you can purchase tickets that our fans have put up for resale. The tickets are electronic and 100% secure, meaning there is no risk of you being refused entry to the Parc because your ticket is not valid!


    All you have to do is:

    1. Go to the Ticketplace website

    2. Select a match

    3. If you wish, you can change the filters to reflect the number and the category of ticket you are looking for

    4. Browse the tickets available (to the right of the screen) and see where they are positioned in the Parc des Princes on the stadium map (to the left of the screen).

     

    Good to know : the ticket prices are set by the sellers.

  • Can I get adjacent seats on Ticketplace?

    To get adjacent seats on Ticketplace, use the “Number of tickets” filter to select up to 5 adjacent seats. If you purchase several sets of tickets for a corner stand, make sure you select the same entrance so that you and your friends are not split up!  

  • How do I sell my tickets on Ticketplace ?

    If you are unable to attend a Paris Saint-Germain match, you can sell your tickets on via Ticketplace, with no set resale price.

     

    To do this, simply:

    1. Sign into your account on the official Paris Saint-Germain ticketing website

    2. Go to the MY TICKETS section

    3. Choose the match and tickets concerned and click SELL

    4. Post your tickets on Ticketplace via the standard sales system or select one of the additional options to boost your chances of selling your tickets quickly.  

     

    Good to know : as a season ticket-holder, you can only sell on a limited number of your tickets, depending on your contract. Please see your account for more details.

  • Can I sell my tickets and my group’s tickets as a bundle?

    Yes, you can sell your ticket along with your season ticket group’s and/or friends’ tickets in the same bundle.

     

    To do this, simply: 

     Sign into your account

    1. Go to the MY TICKETS section

    2. Select the match for which you want to sell your tickets and your friends’ tickets

    3. Enter your friends’ details and their security ID

    4. Submit your tickets for resale!

  • I have just purchased tickets on Ticketplace. When and how will I receive my tickets?

    Once your purchase has been finalised, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary. Your tickets will then be available when you sign into your account on the Paris Saint-Germain ticketing website.

     

    Your E-tickets will be available to download 21 days before the match, in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account. You can then assign the tickets to the final ticket-holders and download/send them as E-tickets.

3- E-tickets and M-tickets

  • What is the difference between an E-ticket and an M-ticket?

    There are two formats of tickets accepted at the Parc des Princes entrances: E-tickets and M-tickets.

     

    • E-tickets are printable tickets, presented on paper at the stadium entrances.  
    • M-tickets are designed for smartphones and enable you to scan your own ticket at the stadium entrances, using your phone. After you have received your confirmation email on your smartphone, open the attached file and add it to the appropriate app: Passbook (iPhone) or PassWallet (Android). This is the only way to ensure your M-ticket can be read by the scanner.

  • How do I download my E-tickets or M-tickets?

    E-tickets are available to download 21 days before the match, in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account. You can then assign the tickets to the final ticket-holders and download/send them as E-tickets.

  • Do I have to print my E-tickets?

    You do not have to print out your E-tickets. If you prefer, you can present them as M-tickets on your smartphone. To do this, select the "SEND M-TICKET" option in the "MY TICKETS" section of your account.

     

    If you choose the smartphone option, please maximise your screen’s brightness setting when presenting your ticket at the stadium entrance and ensure your screen is in good condition.

     

    Good to know : You may be asked to show proof of ID when entering the stadium.  

4- Planning your visit to the Parc des Princes

  • Can I preview where my seat is located in the Parc des Princes?

    Are you desperate to take a look inside the Parc des Princes? You can now preview your seat’s position in the stand thanks to the 3D Stadium tool, which can be accessed via the official ticketing website.

     

    Nothing could be easier : simply enter your nearest entrance, your row and your seat number to get a sneak peek at the view you will have from your seat!

  • How do I get to the Parc des Princes?

    There are various ways of getting to the Parc des Princes:

     

    • By metro: You can travel to the Parc des Princes on line 9 (get off at Porte de Saint-Cloud or Exelmans) and line 10 (get off at Porte d’Auteuil).
    • By bus: No.22, 52, 62, 72 and PC1 all stop near the stadium.
    • By car: Take the Porte de Saint-Cloud or Porte d’Auteuil exit from the ring road. You can also take the A13 motorway.
    • By Vélib: There are various Vélib stations around the stadium.

  • When are the dates and times of the matches confirmed?

    The dates and times of the matches may be changed by the LFP (Professional Football League) up until 10 days before the match, so you need to be patient!

  • What time do the Parc des Princes gates open?

    The Parc des Princes gates open to the public 90 minutes before kick-off. We recommend getting to the stadium as early as possible. Do not forget your ticket – either printed out or downloaded onto your smartphone – and your proof of ID.

     

    If you want to make the most of your hospitality package before the match, our Premium suites are open 2 hours before kick-off.

    Good to know : If you decide to exit the stadium for whatever reason, you will not be allowed back in.

  • Are there any refreshments available inside the Parc des Princes?

    The Parc des Princes is much more than just a sports stadium! There are plenty of refreshment areas within the venue and at the entrances to the various stands. 

     

    There are also several food trucks set up outside the stadium.

  • Is there a left luggage office in the Parc des Princes?

    You can leave any helmets, bags and umbrellas in the left luggage offices at the stadium entrances.

6- Paris Saint-Germain’s Junior Club

  • What is the Paris Saint-Germain Junior Club?

    The Junior Club is reserved for the club’s young supporters, aged between 7 and 14. It is a special family stand where a number of activities are organised for the children on match days (face painting, appearances by the mascot Germain le Lynx, mini football, and much more).

     

    Paris Saint-Germain also offer a special membership scheme for children: the Junior Club +. This scheme offers a number of advantages, such as reserved seats in the  Junior Club stand, discounts in the online store and the chance to become an Escort Kid.

  • Are there special prices for children’s tickets?

    The Junior Club stand is for children under 14 accompanied by their parents. In this stand, the children benefit from discounted tickets. You can order up to 6 tickets per match (2 adults and 4 children maximum), and at least one must be a child’s ticket. However, these tickets cannot be put up for resale on Ticketplace.

     

    Good to know : Paris Saint-Germain advises against bringing infants to the Parc des Princes.

  • Which matches can Junior Club members attend?

    The Junior Club stand is only open for Ligue 1 Conforama matches

  • Can I host a birthday party in the Parc des Princes?

    All members of the Junior Club have the opportunity to celebrate their birthday in the Junior Club stand. To make your birthday party truly unforgettable, we will put on a host of fun activities: behind-the-scenes tour of the Parc, games inside the stadium grounds, private lounge where you can blow out your candles, meeting the mascot Germain Le Lynx, and much more.

  • What is the MyParis scheme?

8- Paris Saint-Germain season ticket-holders

  • As a Paris Saint-Germain season ticket-holder do I have priority when it comes to buying tickets?

    Yes, you have priority for buying additional tickets on the club’s official ticketing website. You will receive a notification email, sent to the address linked to your season ticket account, as soon as the priority ticket windows open.

  • How do I lend my season ticket to someone?

    If you are a Virage or Tribune package season ticket-holder, you can lend your season ticket as many as ten times a season. If you are a Club Premier package season ticket-holder, you can lend your season ticket as many times as you like during the season. What do I need to do? • Go to the ticketing site. • Click on the MY TICKETS section. • Select the match in question and click on LEND. • Enter the family name, first name and email of the recipient. • When the form is approved, an electronic ticket will be issued and emailed to the recipient. Good to know : Once the loan has been confirmed, your season ticket card will be deactivated for the match in question. You cannot cancel or reverse the loan and you cannot change the name.   • How can I donate my season ticket for a match?

    It couldn’t be easier to give your ticket away to a charity for a game:

    • Click on the MY TICKETS section in your account
    • Select the match in question and click on DONATE
    • Your season ticket card will be automatically deactivated for this match

     

    Good to know : Once your donation has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it.

  • How do I put one of my tickets up for resale?

    If you are a Virage package holder, you can put tickets up for resale as many as five times a season.

    If you are a Tribune or Club Premier package holder, you can put your tickets up for resale as many times as you like during the season.

  • What do I do if my season ticket is lost/stolen?

    You have four options if you cannot find your season ticket. In all cases, it will cost you €30 to receive a duplicate of your card.

     

    1. Request a duplicate of your card in your account, in the MY SEASON TICKET section

    2. Request a duplicate of your card at the Ticket Office in Jean Bouin Stadium on a matchday. Situated next to the Megastore, it is open until half-time. Do not forget to bring your ID card.

    3. You can also request a duplicate from your account on the ticketing website.

    4. Email us at abonnement@psg.fr or call us on our dedicated season ticket-holder hotline : 09 70 55 75 75.

     

    Good to know : If your card has been stolen, you can have a replacement issued free of charge upon presentation of a police theft report.

  • How do I create my own group of season ticket-holders?

    If you sit in the Tribune Boulogne, you can create your own group of season ticket-holders and sit with them all on matchdays. You can also use your group to sell all your tickets together to other groups of fans.

  • How do I change my bank details?

    Changing your bank details couldn’t be easier:

    1. Go to the "MY SEASON TICKET" section on the ticketing website

    2. Click on the "MY DIRECT DEBITS" and then on "CHANGE MY BANK DETAILS"

    3. Enter your new bank details

  • How do I change my address?

    Changing your address couldn’t be easier:

    1. Go to the MY SEASON TICKET section on the ticketing website

    2. Click on CHANGE MY ADDRESS

    3. Enter your new address

  • How do I cancel my season ticket?

    Want to cancel your season ticket subscription? At the end of every season there is a one-month period during which you can cancel your subscription. We will send you an email notifying you when the cancellation period begins.

     

    Good to know : Once the one-month cancellation period is closed, you cannot cancel your season ticket for the following season.

  • Can I cancel my season ticket during the season?

    Season tickets can only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances during the season and upon presentation of proof (death certificate, moving outside the Île de France region, etc).

  • How can I change my seat and/or package?

    You can only change your seat and/or season ticket package at the end of the season and subject to availability at the time. Keep your eye out for packages when they become available.

  • What season ticket packages are available at Paris Saint-Germain?

    There are three season ticket packages at Paris Saint-Germain, three different experiences all bound by the same passion.

  • How can I book a ticket for an away match?

    To find out how to cheer Paris Saint-Germain on at away games, click on the AWAY MATCHES tab in the ALL OUR PACKAGES section of our website. https://billetterie.psg.fr/footpro/offres/depl

    Good to know : you cannot book more than one ticket at a time for away games.

  • I’ve booked tickets but I can’t see them.

    Don’t worry. When you book tickets for an away match, you will receive a confirmation email within eight days.

    Good to know : tickets for away matches cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded. You cannot change the name of the recipient.

  • How can I receive information about my trip?

    A few days before the match you will receive an email with all the useful information you will need (access to the stadium, available parking, security regulations, etc).

     

    Good to know : the date on which you receive this information does not depend on Paris Saint-Germain but on the date on which we receive it from the other club.

  • Does my coupon count as a ticket?

    Unfortunately, in most cases your coupon does not give you right of admission. It must be exchanged at a collection point that will be indicated in the email you receive before your trip.

     

    Good to know : your ticket will be issued to you upon presentation of the coupon and your ID card.

  • Can I book a tour of the Parc des Princes?

    You can book a tour of the Parc des Princes on your own or with family, friends and workmates. Go to the dedicated page for details on how to book.

  • Can I go to the Megastore on matchdays ?

    The Paris Saint-Germain Megastore is open on match days only for customers with tickets to the Tribune Borelli. If you have a ticket for another stand, there’s another official store for you to visit at Gate A. There will also be kiosks open throughout the Parc des Princes, at Gates A, B/C, E/F, G, H, K, O and P.

    Good to know : All the stores shut one hour after the final whistle.

  • What happens if I buy a ticket and the match is postponed?

    If you’ve bought a ticket for a match and it’s cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you of this almost immediately. Don’t worry, though: your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled match. 

     

    Can’t make the rescheduled match? Go to Ticketplace and put it up for resale. You won’t have a problem selling it.

     

    Good to know : Once a match has been cancelled, it is not possible to cancel an order for tickets.

13- MATCHDAY, welcome to the Parc des Princes

  • Is there an internet service at the Parc des Princes?

    Free Wi-Fi is available for every fan at the Parc des Princes. You don’t need a password to log on; just select the _PSG-WIFI_ network.

     

    You can use it to access all the services on the Official PSG app (Replay, Live Match, Chat Support, etc).

  • How can I avoid queuing at the entrances to the stadium?

    If you want to avoid queuing, we advise you to give yourself plenty of time and arrive at the Parc des Princes 90 minutes before kick-off. Check the dedicated page or use the WAZE app (updated regularly on match days) to find out how to get to the stadium as quickly as possible.

     

    Finally, to save time at the stadium entrances, please have your ticket and ID card ready.

  • I’m driving to the Parc des Princes. Where can I park?

    Unfortunately, there are no public car parks at the Parc des Princes. You can try to find parking in the vicinity of the stadium, but we advise you to park close to a metro station instead and complete your journey on public transport.

  • Can I drive freely around the Parc des Princes on match days?

    The Parc des Princes is split into sectors to ensure that traffic can circulate freely at the stadium gates. Please check the various points of access to the stand you have tickets for to save yourself time when you arrive.

  • Can I bring my own food to the Parc des Princes?

    You can come into the stadium with:

    • Food you have made at home
    • Food bought at the stadium’s refreshment stalls, from the food trucks in the esplanade of the Tribune Paris and within the confines of the stadium
    • Bottles of water of 50cl and smaller, with the caps off

     

    Good to know : You will not be allowed to bring in food bought outside the Parc des Princes (except for food bought from the food trucks).

  • Who do I speak to if I need information during my visit to the Parc des Princes?

    If you have any questions about ticketing, our teams are on hand to help you at the  ticket counters at your entrance, at Gate A and in the Espace Service in Jean Bouin Stadium.

     

    If you have any other questions, our Stadium Coach team (in the red and blue puffa jackets) will be on hand to ensure you enjoy a pleasant visit to the Parc des Princes.  

     

    Alternatively, you can use Chat Support on the official PSG app (under Stadium Services) two hours before kick-off and through to the end of the match. Our teams will reply to all your questions in real time.

  • Can I charge my phone at the Parc des Princes?

    You’ll find charging stations in all the concourses at the Parc des Princes. They are free to use and secure, so make the most of them.

14- Pirority ticket access

  • What are the different levels of priority ticket access?

    As you know, demand for Parc des Princes tickets is very high. To satisfy demand among its most loyal fans, Paris Saint-Germain uses a priority system for booking tickets.

     


    Whenever tickets go on sale for a match, the priority is as follows:

     


    HOME GAMES 

    • Priority 1 : VIP Season ticket holders
    • Priority 2 : Club Premier season ticket holders
    • Priority 3 : Tribune & Le Virage season ticket holders + MyParis members
    • Priority 4 : Fans who registered on the Alert list + All publics

     


    AWAY GAMES

    • Priority 1 : VIP Season ticket holders
    • Priority 2 : Club Premier, Tribune & Le Virage season ticket holders
    • Priority 3 : MyParis members
    • Priority 4 : Fans who registered on the Alert list + All publics

     


    It goes without saying that the sale of tickets is subject to availability. 

     


    Good to know : Depending on the circumstances, the club reserves the right to change the order of priority for access to tickets.
