Ticketing information : Champions League semi-finals

After having eliminated Barcelona in Round of 16, then Bayern Munchen in Rounf of 8, the Red and Blue will be facing Manchester City in the Champions League semi-finals.

You are probably wondering if you will be able to attend this clash at Parc des Princes. To date, we do not know if we will be able to welcome people at Parc in the coming weeks, and in this period of uncertainty it is still impossible to sell any tickets for the moment.

Nevertheless, if the receipt of the public would be authorized at Parc des Princes, even with a reduced capacity, the club will set up a priority sale for its season ticket holders.

As since the beginning of the health crisis in March 2020, Paris Saint-Germain will inform you of any changes that would allow the return of our supporters to the stadium.

We can ensure you that all the Ticketing teams are already ready to welcome you back to your stadium and in the best conditions.

The whole Club is looking forward to your return to the stands, because Parc des Princes is not the same without you!

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ON OUR OFFERS DURING THE SANITARY CRISIS

To know everthing about the sanitairy crisis' impact on our ticketing offers, you are at the right place!

You will find on this page all the answers to your questions on Paris Saint-Germain ticketing, as we go through the Covid-19 sanitary crisis since a few months now. The information will be updated on this page depending on the sanitary situation evolution and the authorities measures. 

Paris Saint-Germain remains of course very attentive to the sanitary crisis evolution and all the different measures that will have an impact on the welcoming conditions at the stadium for our fans. Be sure that we will get back to you with more information when the situation changes. 

SINGLE GAME TICKETS

As previously mentionned, there will be no ticket sales during all the closed doors period. 

SEASON TICKET (PRIVATE) 2020/2021 

CONDITIONS OF USE 

As we are not in capacity to welcome all our public at the Parc des Princes, no season ticket hoder will be able to use and activate its 2020/2021 season ticket at the stadium for the moment. But don't worry, if you are a season ticket holder, this one was confirmed and registered, and you will fully enjoy it as soon as we are able to find a Parc des Princes filled with its supporters again.

Obviously, the club will not proceed to any direct debit for all its private season ticket holders in the Club Premier, Tribune and Le Virage offer as long as the season tickets are not activated. When your season ticket can be used again in 2020/2021 season, the total amount to pay for your season ticket will be adjusted, taking into account : 

• the games you could not attend since the beginning of season 2020/2021
• your available credit, if you have one and it is positive. You can by the way consult your credit right now in your personal space ("My credit slips")

TICKET SALES WITH PRIORITIES ARE SUSPENDED

As previously mentionned, there will be no ticket sales during all the closed doors period. 

USE OF YOUR CREDIT

As we don't have any available ticketing offer , you won't be able to use your credit note for now. We are hoping that the situation will change and allow all our season ticket holders to use their credit note and attend a home game at the Parc des Princes very soon.

BOULOGNE STAND : SET UP YOUR GROUP!

Finally, if you are a season ticket holder in the Boulogne stand in 2020/2021, you have received several communications by e-mail inviting you to finalize the constitution of your season ticket holders' group. Even if the groups can't be activated for now because of the reasons mentionned above, it remains very important to finalize them as soon as possible to allow us to prepare your return to the Parc in the best conditions. 

SANITARY MEASURES: WE WILL SOON BE TOGETHER AGAIN AT THE PARC DES PRINCES 

Don't forget : the ticket sales are suspended. But your return to the Parc des Princes will be made in the best conditions!

Because of the sanitary crisis that we are currently facing, new measures are being deployed in order to preserve everyone's health.

• Wearing a mask will be mandatory to access the Parc des Princes and it will not be possible to remove it during the event.
• Social distancing will have to be respected in the queues, walkways and stands. Ground marks and fences will be installed to help you respect these measures.
• Hand sanitizers will be available in the stadium. 
• Door handles, handrails and doors will also be frequently desinfected.
