Founded on December 08, 1892, Newcastle United Football Club is an iconic club in the English top flight. At the start of the last century, the Magpies established themselves as one of the strongest sides in the Atlantic, winning the league title in 1905, 1907 and 1909.

Consecutive to the Champions League draw made on August 31, 2023, by Joe Cole and Eric Abidal, the Red and Blue will be facing Newcastle, Dortmund and AC Milan in a tough Group F.
In the first meeting between these two teams on the second day of the Champions League 2023/24, the Parisians lost 4-1 to the Magpies in a match of rare intensity.
Parisians and Magpies met at the Parc des Princes on Matchday 5 of the Champions League. After Isak had opened the scoring in the first half, the Newcastle players did their utmost to preserve the result. Despite over 82% of possession in the second half, PSG were never able to break the deadlock, until Mbappé converted a penalty on 90+8.

Born in Rio de Janeiro on November 16, 1997, Bruno Guimaraes is no stranger to Paris Saint-Germain, having played against them on several occasions while wearing the OL shirt. It was also with Lyon that he played in his first Champions League match, against Juventus on 26 February 2020. On January 30, 2022, he joined Newcastle and changed dimension, establishing himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League.

Opened on October 16, 1880, St James' Park is a Newcastle landmark. The electrifying atmosphere created by Magpies fans has helped write its legend over the seasons.
The stadium also hosted Rugby World Cup matches in 2015, including South Africa v Scotland and New Zealand v Tonga.
In the 2022/23 season, the club won at home against Tottenham (6 - 1), Manchester United (2 - 0) and Chelsea (1 - 0).
