Associazione Calcio Milan, better known as AC Milan, is an institution in Italy. Founded on December 16, 1899, on the initiative of a group of English businessmen, the club quickly won its first scudetto in 1901, 1906 and 1907. After years of drought, Milan made a comeback in the 1990s, winning 5 league titles and 2 Champions Leagues. Baresi, Maldini, Van Basten and Rijkaard were all part of the Rossoneri's success story.
In the 1991/92 season, the club were crowned Italian champions, achieving the feat of not losing a single match, scoring 78 goals and conceding just 21!

San Siro is a unique stadium. Firstly, it has been the home ground of Milan's 2 major clubs, AC Milan and Inter Milan, since 1947. It takes its name from the district in which it is located, to the west of the capital of Lombardy.
With a capacity of over 80,000, it is currently the largest stadium in Italy, ahead of Rome's Stadio Olimpico.
During the 2022/23 season, AC Milan won at home against Napoli (1-0), Atalanta (2-0) and Juventus (2-0).
