To find out everything about the impact of the health crisis on our handball ticketing offers, this is where it all happens!
You will find on this page the answers to all your questions about the Paris Saint-Germain ticketing system as we have been going through the Covid-19 health crisis for several months now. The information will be updated on this same page according to the evolution of the sanitary situation and the measures taken by the authorities.
Paris Saint-Germain is of course very attentive to the evolution of the health crisis and the different measures that have an impact on the conditions of reception at the stadium for its supporters. Rest assured that we will come back to you with more information as the situation evolves.
Last update: 03/11/2020
As you can imagine, the health context has had a major impact on all our offers and has prompted us to review the terms and conditions of access to tickets for the Paris Saint-Germain Handball matches at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin. Below, you will find information about each offer.
In the current context, PSG Handball must organise the matches of the 2020/2021 season by respecting various measures. These must ensure a social distancing in the stands.
In order to respect the social distancing at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin, PSG Handball must place its subscribers by "tribe" and leave a distance between each of them.
Also, a form was available to declare your tribe. The 2019/2020 subscribers were placed according to their answer, alone or in a group. In accordance with the health measures taken by the French Government on 17 October 2020, a tribe cannot be composed of more than 6 people.
During a period of confinement and in the event of organising a match behind closed doors, the club will assess the terms and conditions and the amount of compensation corresponding to the impossibility of using your subscription.
A credit note is available for 2019/2020 subscribers. This is automatically deducted from the amount of your 2020/2021 re-subscription.
However, if you do not wish to re-subscribe, it is available on your personal space and will be offered as a means of payment if you wish to use it for single tickets. During the payment stage of your order, your credit note will be selected as the default payment method. If your credit note is greater than the amount of the order, its amount will be automatically updated in the "My credit" section of your personal space. If your credit note is less than the amount of the order, you will of course be able to complete your payment with your credit card.
Single ticket reservations will be available for our home games in the 2020/2021 season.
Tickets will not be downloadable as usual on D-21, but on D-27 of the kick-off of the match.
In the COVID context, the reservation will be made on plan, by selecting the category of your choice. You will then be placed applying a distance between each order and you will be able to download your tickets from then on.
It is possible that some matches during the season will be offered as a pack as we usually do. But don't forget, the social distancing rules will be the same for all the matches that make up the pack.
As with our single ticket offers, please visit our website regularly to check the offers of potential packs available.
Due to the health crisis we are currently experiencing, new measures are in force to preserve the health of all.
- Wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone to access the Pierre de Coubertin Stadium, and cannot be removed during the event (an indulgence is allowed during the "catering" breaks).
- Social distancing must be respected in the lines, passageways and in the stands. Ground markings, barriers and bollards will be installed to help you in this respect.
- Hydroalcoholic gel will be available within the Pierre de Coubertin Stadium. Bollards will be placed at the entrance to the hall and in passageways near each staircase leading to the stands.
- Door handles, handrails and doors will be disinfected regularly.
