Founded in 1997 under the name EuroPeru, Issy-les-Moulineaux Women's Football is a football club that has been playing in Division 1 Arkema since it won the Division 2 2019-20 championship. At the end of an exceptional season, Les Chouettes d'Issy moved up to 1st place in Group A ahead of the women's section of Rodez Aveyron Football, finishing with the best attack as well as the best defense in the championship. The team reached the D1 Arkema for the first time in its history in 2012, before alternating numerous climbs and descents during the following seasons.
Since 2012, the club has been chaired by Christine Aubère, a personality committed to the development of women's football and against discrimination.
Issy-les-Moulineaux's promotion to D1 also symbolises the rise of Paris Region clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Paris FC and Fleury 91.
Their first confrontation dates back to the 2012-13 Division 1 Arkema season. At that time, the players from the capital city won twice by a score of 2 goals to 0. The American Lindsey Horan, 2019 World Champion with the USA, managed to score in both matches.
Yacine Guemia, coach of FF Issy-les-Moulineaux, was a recruiter at Paris Saint-Germain between 2014 and 2019.
Located in the heart of the sports complex of the same name, the Marcel Bec Stadium hosts the home matches of Issy-les-Moulineaux Women's Football.
Located on the edge of the national forest of Meudon, the Stade Marcel Bec is accessible by car via the N118 and the Bruyères crossroads, as well as by public transport via buses 169 and 179, getting off at the "Rond-Point des Bruyères" stop.
